Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Every effort is made to ship orders received within one (1) business day/24 hours of their receipt. For orders received prior to 10:00 a.m. PST, Sauce Caffé will make every effort to ship or deliver the same day. During peak times, such as holidays, or for customized or multiple basket orders, more time may be required. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground. Please note: UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. If you need faster delivery, other options are available.

Charges for Shipping, Courier Delivery, and Sales Tax

Unless otherwise noted, prices listed on the website do not include shipping charges, delivery charges, or sales tax.

Courier (hand delivery greater Los Angeles area) charges vary from $15.00 to $100.00, depending on destination and notice.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all gifts that include non food items.

Our gifts and baskets are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground, FOB El Segundo, CA (USA).
Our shipping charge to you will vary due to the size, weight and destination of the package shipped, with a minimum shipping charge of $3.99 for FedEx Ground and $5.49 for UPS ground to a commercial location and $5.49 for FedEx and $6.99 UPS Ground to a residential location within the continental US, unless noted otherwise.

We are located in California. When calculating delivery time, please remember to add time to roast your coffee, most cases, For delivery time, please allow approximately:

1-3 business days for the West Coast.
3-4 business days to the Mountains and Midwest.
4-6 business days to East Coast

Special shipping arrangements - such as Next Day & 2 day Air , etc. can be made at additional shipping costs at time of checkout.

Recipient Information

Please be careful when providing us with recipient information. We need the recipient's full name, complete address, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, room numbers, etc., city, state, and correct zip code. We also need the recipient's phone number. This is needed in case UPS or our courier needs to contact them to ensure delivery. Incorrect delivery information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the credit card that you provided when the order was placed. If a gift is returned, due to incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address and required to pay the additional delivery charges incurred for redelivery. Purchaser Information

Sauce Caffé will not process any orders received without the full name, address, city, state, zip code, and phone number of the person placing the order. This information is required in order for us to process your credit card. Your phone number is required in case there is a problem with your order. Your email address is required so that we can both contact you regarding any problems or questions about your order, and so that you will receive tracking information for your order.

Customization

The designs shown on our website are just a sampling of gift ideas which can be created for you. Our staff of creative designers will be happy to customize an outstanding gift based on your specifications and within your price range.

Substitutions

Sauce Caffé reserves the right to make substitutions, as necessary, based upon product availability, seasonal changes, and the discovery of new items. All substitutions will be of equal or greater quality and value.

Wrapping

Most of the designs on our website have been photographed without wrapping for better clarity. Prior to delivery, our gift designs are wrapped in soft cellophane and are stylishly presented. Shipped designs may differ slightly in their appearance. We design our shipped baskets to ensure that they can be securely packaged to arrive in beautiful condition.

Return/Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please contact us as quickly as possible, call 310.766.4107 or email us at info@saucetv.com, retaining all products and shipping materials, which may be required by the carrier.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using Sauce Caffé you agree to all terms, conditions, and notices both referenced and contained within. Please do not use this site if you do not agree to these Terms of Use. Sauce Caffé reserves the right, at our discretion, to revise and update Terms of Use, as needed.

Methods of Payment

We currently accept business or personal checks, money orders, & cashier's checks. And we also send invoice our using Paypal, so you can use your Credit Card or Checking Account. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed, except for holiday orders that are placed in advance. Money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks must be received / cleared prior to your purchase going out, unless other arrangements are made. Corporate invoicing can be arranged, but a credit card and signature authorization is required which is placed on file. This credit card will be charged if payment is not made on a timely basis.

Order Confirmation & Receipts

When you place an order online, a confirmation/receipt will automatically be provided to you. You will also receive a confirming email. Please print that receipt and keep it for your records as no additional receipt will be sent. If you place your order by phone or fax, we will send you a receipt with your order.
