These are the essential items that you need for all the Sauce Coffee Café espresso drinks (order here). Now, add a few other items like milk & sweetener and you are ready to Sauce it up! 

Saucepot Virgin

Directions for the first time user.

  • Saucepot DiagramBefore drinking any Sauce Coffee Caffé espresso, season the Saucepot™. Complete the preparation method twice (see Saucepot™ Basics.), but fill the funnel filter only 1/2 way with espresso.

    *Do Not Drink*, Throw this coffee away!

  • The Sauce Coffee Caffé Espresso Saucepot™ becomes extremely hot. Do not touch metal, only use handle to pour. Let the Saucepot™ cool before cleaning or re-using. (run under cool water to cool down if needed).
  • When Screwing the top and bottom components together or apart from the Saucepot™ grab each part firmly. DO NOT USE HANDLE & NOT WHILE HOT.
  • When cleaning the Saucepot™, always clean with water only! NEVER USE DETERGENT, EVER!!!
  • The rubber gasket will need replacing after 100’s of uses. Gasket is free with your next purchase of Sauce TV espresso.

  • The single Sauce TV Saucepot™ makes 3 espresso shots, or roughly 1-2 coffee drinks, depending on the amount of coffee you like to drink.
  • The couples Saucepot™ makes 6 espresso shots or roughly 2-4 coffee drinks.
  • The Stovetop Saucepot™ is in 90% of Italian homes. The Saucepot™ method is how Italians make coffee at home. In 1956, an original campaign in Italy stated "Espresso in the home, just like in the Bar".
  • Freshly roasted coffee tastes better. Coffee loses around 50% of its flavor after 30 days of being roasted.
  • Coffee becomes stale after 10 days of being exposed to air. To keep coffee fresh after opening the bag, keep in an airtight container.
